The working out part is easiest for me0

Yeah, working out is easiest. Too many temptations at work. I usually avoid them, but it's not, what's the word, oh yeah, easy!0
-
working out is definitely easier! it keeps me busy and is fun.
where as i have a huge sweet tooth and love food and eating ALL the time0 -
Working out is definitely easier for me! I genuinely enjoy it.0

Working out. Hard to meal prep when living with others who don't or to know what to make that you won't get sick of eventually0
-
Strangely enough, this time around, eating clean(er)!0
-
Definitely working out. I eat Doritos, lunchables, and Kit kats almost daily.0
-
It's much easier to wash my hands before eating. I'd say "clean eating" I guess.2

Working out is easiest for me. I want to eat everything.0

"Clean eating" is an amorphous term that shifts to match the intention of the speaker. I don't know how to "eat clean" as there isn't a real definition.
Working out I can do, however.1 -
Eating. I'm kind of lazy, so it's hard to get going. But once I'm in the zone...it feels so good!1
-
Working out is the easy part but nutrition is the more important part.1

Clean eating is easier for me right now. Iām having trouble with stamina for exercise0
-
Eating clean, but the exercise is catching up.

I love to cook and eat, so eating right is harder for me for sure! Trying to do better though!0

I think moving around, celebrating my body's ability to move serves me as a tremendous stress-reliever. I feel better physically and emotionally when I know I am moving and using some bent-up energy. I experience less anxiety and my mood improves.
Right now I am nursing a hip stress fracture and have not jogged, which has been a part of my daily routine for over a year now. I miss it terribly. I crave it physically and emotionally, so, needless to say, I admit I have been feeling "off" and have been very irritable and overly sensitive lately. š I am trying to be optimistic, however; I'm trying to focus on what I CAN control, what I CAN do right now.0 -
eating clean is tough; working out is ok as it is a habit0
-
Since there is no agreed definition of Clean Eating, I'll say that is impossible.
Exercise wins by default.0 -
Depends on how much you work out and what you eat.

Depends on what you mean by "clean eating"...my diet is pretty on point and I'm a big proponent of nutritious can also be delicious and doesn't have to be endless salads and plain chicken breast and steamed broccoli all the time. I also like eating some pizza a few times per month which I'm sure doesn't negate my grilled salmon with roasted potatoes and roasted asparagus from the night before.
I'm also a regular exerciser.
So both are pretty easy.0
