Introduction

Hi, my name is Donna, I live in Idaho. I am 62 years old, I have three children ,six grandchildren and one great grandchild.I started thinking more consciously about trying to be healthy when I was diagnosed with RA and after going through about the spring of some extreme pain I decided I better cut out sugar or at least more sugar LOL I like to go for wheeling, gardening, metal detecting with my husband of 44 years.
