Just started...Hello fellow fitness pal bloggers..

Hello, I have been active with my exercising for the last year, but have struggled with my diet. I decided to give fitness pal a try. So far so good. This is the easiest program I have seen or worked with. I have about 30 more pounds to loose, I have lost 30 pounds so far. I need to really watch my diet and so here I am.
I look forward to this journey with everyone.

    I agree as well... I've lost 20 lbs and want another 30 lbs off. Its really hard to stay on track especially during a stressful time in my life so anyone out there feel the need to give me words of encourgement, it would be most welcome!!
