Roasted Veggies

Does anyone know how to calculate calories when you roast veggies with olive oil? I added 1 tablespoon of olive oil to my pan of vegetables (120 calories for the tablespoon) - but do I include the entire tablespoon when I log in my food? I can't imagine that I eat the ENTIRE tablespoon - some is left on the pan, etc. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions - Thank you!

The best thing to do is to use sparkrecipes.com to add in your oil & your veggies and calculate the servings. Make sure to evenly coat your veggies, too.0
