I'm a bit confuse...
when they give the nutrion values of a 125ml serving on a can of Campbell's soup, is it before or after dilution with water ?

I don't think it matters. 1 can is 1 can and water does not add or take away anything but volume.0

That's a serving-- 1/2 c of the condensed soup, and then you add your water/milk to make it 1 cup. So.. to make it short.. before.0
