who has tried this and what results did you get? i am looking into buying this program but would like some information from others who have used it first!

I LOVE ChaLean Extreme! I've finished one round and just started a second round this week. Its an awesome program. There are 3 strength days and 2 cardio days. The difference with ChaLEAN is that she pushes you to go slow, do less reps but use heavier weights on strength days. It leans you out quick and doesn't bulk you up. Chalene Johnson is very upbeat and encouraging throughout the workouts. When I started I was only able to use 5-10 lb weights for most of the exercises...by the end I was using 30 lbs and could have gone heavier if I had bigger weights lol. I lost about 10 pounds and a lot of inches. Totally recommend the program!0

I have not done the Chalean Extreme but I have done her Turbo Jam and I am in the middle of Turbo Fire and both have been awesome!!! So I am sure this program of hers would be awesome as well! I lost 15 pounds in 2 months with Turbo Jam and now I am working on toning with Fire and I am getting abs!! But I am only a few weeks into it so I can't say what my end result will be...0

I started the program did 1 1/2 months...I did not lose weight when I did it, but it started to tone my body. I really started getting a lot of compliments on my changing body when I started this. I still incorporate the dvds in my workout.0

I m in love with turbofire (just started my 6th week) and i have the unrelated 30ds on the way in the mail, but i am intending on getting chalean extreme.0

^^^ This! I did ChaLean Extreme this summer (b/c I couldn't get to the gym, since the kids were out of school), and it was a great workout. It did a lot to help sculpt my muscles, get better definition, and keep the weight off. And she's fun to watch/listen to.0
