    Hey! I'm 31, this is not my first time at this ball game. 5 or 6 years ago I decided to lose weight (starting at 198 ended up at 155) In the recent years life happened and it's all back on and then some. Last July I started this journey again at 230 and have lost 20 lbs and I'm stuck here. I've been stuck at the 20lb mark since November. Very frustrating.
