Hello I am Tyrone, I am 39 and have a rare syndrome called PHACES Syndrome, because of this I have many medical disabilities that can make being active a little bit more difficult than for most people. I recently joined a gym closer to home after attending one that had an arrangement with Parafed New Zealand, and my Support worker and I went for the first time today (orientation was Tuesday).
