Weight Gain During Insanity

I am 5 ft 4 inches.
In February I started running 2-6 miles daily pushing a double jogger and doing pull ups. I aimed for a 9-10 minute mile pace. I went from 140 to 123 by the end of July.
For breakfast I have 1/4 cup of soy with a scoop of protien powder and coffee. Lunch I have a greek yogurt and something high in protien like tuna or a protien meal under 300 calories. I have a snack daily. Usually a protien bar under 200 calories or tuna. Dinner I have vegetables, meat, and sometimes pasta or quinoa. I do once a week treat myself to something like pizza, but I don't regularly eat sweets or anything like chips.
I drink nothing but water.
Two weeks ago I started insanity. I've gone from 123-125 to 125-128.
I don't want to necessarily lose weight, but I'm not looking to gain either!
I don't want to continue gaining 1-2 lbs a week.
Do I need to cut more calories during Insanity? Or do I need to possibly stop insanity and go back to running instead? This is the first time in my life I'm happy with my body and aiming more for muscle than strictly weight loss.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

OP, what is your best guess at calorie burn for running vs. Insanity?

OP how is your weight doing now? any water weight should be long gone and you should be making good progress with inch loss
