Many people have body fat% as part of their goals. What's an accurate why to measure that? My parents have a scale that supposedly weighs body fat but it's pretty old. & everytime I'm over there it says 33-40% which seems too high for me. (5'6 126lbs) So, how do you measure body fat & how accurate do you feel the results are?

I do circumference and caliper measurements every three weeks. I think it's pretty accurate?0

I try not to think about it.
I'm in the AF and we ahev a 'Bod Pod" machine that (says it's) 99% accuate. It's like a egg you sit in and it measures fat by the air pressure. IDK, I heard the water method was really accurate.0
