Whenever I’d do squats, I always switched over to “Lose Yourself” by Eminem. Corny but, got me through it.😂3

Always EDM. I listen to live sets from festivals. Luckily my gym has free WiFi so I don’t blow through data.1

I always use the RockMyRun app, and they have tons of playlists and I just listen to what sounds interesting.1

Machine Head by Bush
Cyanide by Metallica
Warning by Greenday
Dragula by Rob Zombie
More Human than Human by White Zombie
Most all 90s Aerosmith
When I'm running and wanting to stop, those all have a good beat that helps me keep my feet moving.
Edited bc autocorrect changed the title to Dracula.1 -
For heavy dead’s or squats
Korn’s. clown, divine and *kitten* on loop
For most other lifts
Any general rock0 -
I had a trial of amazon music, LOVE it for running days. Not cancelling it.0

I do classes at my gym so they provide the music, for good or ill. For things I do on my own (trail runs, cycling) the music on my play lists are all over the place. Here's a sample from the list I ran to yesterday:
Do It With A Rock Star - Amanda Palmer and the Grand Theft Orchestra
English Civil Way - The Clash
Hillbilly Highway - Steve Earle
I Still Believe - Frank Turner
When She Begins - Social Distortion
Ghost Town Blues - Social Distortion
Going to Hell - The Pretty Reckless
Absolution - The Pretty Reckless
Tomorrow People - Ziggy Marley
Won't Get Fooled Again - The Who
Juniper - Lucero
Legend of Finn MacChuil - Dropkick Murphys
Fat and Famous - Ashley Mcbryde
Better On the Water - Ashley Mcbryde
Seven Deadly Sins - Flogging Molly
Screaming at the Wailing Wall - Floggin Molly
American Boys - Halestorm
Die With Your Boots On - Iron Maident
The whole list is two-and-a-half hours long, but you get the idea.0 -
Everything: Scarlxrd
In all seriousness:
Cardio: I have a playlist called "Amped Up" that's a lot of upbeat rock, hip hop, and EDM
Weightlifting: Metal
Lately I have been listening to a lot of Scarlxrd, Polyphia, Protest the Hero, Math the Band0
