Tomorrow will mark my two week anniversary with MFP. I've already lost about an inch around the middle and I can now stand up off the couch without pushing myself up.

    Hi beccus, don't feel bad, I had no clue either. A NSV is a "Non Scale Victory," that is, something which makes you feel good that has nothing to do with a weight measurement.
