Getting back into MFP, looking for friends

Long time member, first time poster. My name is Michelle. I have about 75 pounds to lose. I just started tracking my foods again and have joined a gym. Working on changing my bad habits. Looking for new friends to keep me motivated.

    You can do it Michelle! I'm also just back to mfp, after a 700 day streak and over 56lbs loss, also a massive increase in muscle mass and general fitness. Unfortunately, 10 months later I'm on a 7 day streak with just 36lbs loss. Obvious maintenance fail on my part. Looking for people to keep me focussed and on track also. Add me if you have similar goals

    You can do this. I’ve lost 85lbs slowly over past few years. Nearing my weight loss goals, but still a ways to go on body fat index. MFP has been a big help.
    For me, It’s a lifestyle change or it will continue to haunt me. Grateful and determined.
