I am really excited about the weight loss this time. I have only lost 11 pounds so far, But have lost in inches. Here are some before and after pics.

11 pounds in 6 weeks is excellent. healthy weight loss is 0.5 to 2lbs a week. Seems to me you are right on the mark.. Congratulations!!! Keep up the good work:happy:0
