I am working on improving my health by eating better and moving more. I decided not to spend money on any crazy diet or group as I have in the past. Instead, I am going to use this app and make small changes that I can incorporate into my lifestyle easily. I am a busy working mom of four kids who are very active in school and sports.
I am excited about starting this process. I look forward to sharing my successes and will look for support when I feel challenged.

    Welcome. Been logging my food here for almost 3 months, and it really makes a difference. My wife and I went the route of making a big change (going to a whole foods, plant based way of eating). It's been easier for us with none of the foods we can't eat in the house. Feel free to friend me for additional support.
