What percentage should I set my goals at for becoming Keto? I’m 235lbs currently wanting to lose 15-20lbs. I’m a week in and I feel like I’m doing well. When I enter 5% for carbs, it has 53g. I’ve been staying under 20g for a week now.

I used a calculator from https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/
Here is the link:: https://calculo.io/keto-calculator
Mine is at 36g carbs 'Limit', but I still aim for 20g0 -
No wonder you feel like you're doing well - for 53 grams of carbs to be 5% of your calories, your calorie target would be 4200! You know you have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight?3

53 g of carbs does seem high for losing if you have carbs at 5%. There are about 4 calories per gram of carb, so that is over 200 calories... If it is 10% of your total calories, that's more reasonable.
20g of carbs is about 5% if you are eating around 1500 kcal.
Protein has 4 kcal per gram too. Fat is about 9 kcal per gram. The calculator linked above will help you set your goals. Typical is 5-10% carbs, 20-35% protein, and 75-55% fat.0
