Back in the saddle again

So today I start, again. I must be determined this time. I’ll be 57 next month and it doesn’t come off like my 20’s. This morning I tipped the scale at 254. I am only 6lbs away from my sons birth 20 years ago so I can’t say it’s baby weight anymore! With inspiration and friends I’ll gain on this journey with MFP, I hope to achieve my goal. Try to stay on track each day. If you don't, try again the next day. Small changes and don't give up! You can do this!!1
