I swam 10km yesterday. 3.5 hours and feel fine today.
Gravity felt a bit odd for the first couple of hour when I got out of the pool haha. But wow is swimming low impact! I could barely walk for 2 days after my half marathon which was 'just' 3 hrs of exercise!
Got some lovely odd looks from lifeguards when I asked for 4 session bands hehe. Panicked when I seemed to forget the laps between 200 and 300 - but I must have done them! lol Some very weird thought processes occurred but it got done!
Thanks to the inspirational @fishgutzy who swims this pretty regularly on weekends and has cracked the 10 mile swim!

Dropped about $350 this weekend with L.L. Bean. Traveled to a city that had one and tried on some smaller items. Bought those that fit and ordered what they didn't have in stock.
Bought some 35" waist pants, down from the 38" pants I've been wearing, and some Large Tall shirts, down from either the XL Tall or the XXL when tall was not available.
Doubt I'll get down to a medium and 35" waist will probably be close enough as it's unlikely I'll lose more than another 20#.
Wallet Victory, my wife only bought one item of clothing this weekend30 -
I own a pair of tights that used to always roll down to my belly button, and I'd have to pull them up again (tights wearers may know what I'm talking about). Now, they no longer roll down, and if I wanted to I could pull them up over my breasts (but that would be weird so just below they stay).33

Something I've noticed is too small tights roll down, and too large tights fall down. There definitely is a sweet spot when they fit well!

Bike shorts can do the same if the belly is bigger than the waist.
I've also moved from XL to just L in my bike shorts.
Going to try to dry my XL shorts on high heat to see if I can get them to shrink a bit before I spend $50/pair on replacements.14 -

That would be quite the look @RelCanonical7 -

Excellent. Congrats on the 10km swim. Definitely not as hard on the legs.
My legs were a sore agr the 16km. All those push offs. Like doing a few hundred squats15 -
Saw a coworker at the gym this morning. He said he wasn't sure it was me at first because I was so fit. He knew I had lost the weight but didn't realize how much exercise I have been getting.24

I would normally hang my clothes to dry to prevent them shrinking. Now I put them in the dryer and I can still wear them. That's a really good feeling.31

You guys, my mom sent over my uniform skirt from ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. I was able to get it up, but not zip. It's about the same size as my goal skirt, except the goal skirt is stretchy, whereas the uniform skirt is more fit to waist.
I can't even right now. Guys.
Then hubs says, "well you look just like you did in high school."
WHAT....IS....HAPPENING!!!!!!!
Glory to God!

While sitting on the side of the pool today my husband told me how good and firm I looked in a 2-piece suit. Looks like the past year of running has worked.30

Grabbed a random sweater from the closet today, put it on, and then realized it was the one that had always fit very, very snug. Not anymore!25

I ate oatmeal today with nothing on it and didn’t die! What a surprise 😄32

I completed C25K today. Hadn't even run a mile since perhaps middle or high school (and I'm approaching 40). I may be slow...very slow...but at least I got it done!
(My next goal is a SV...just 10 lbs to go before I hit 100 dropped...)35 -
I did a boudoir photo shoot this weekend, and I rocked it! I was confident, had fun with it and the pictures turned out amazing! Never thought in a million years I'd have the guts to do that!
So my NSV was doing something new that I would have never done before my weightloss!37 -
I didn't have to lay down on the bed to pull my bathing suit on!25

I got some tank tops to work out in a few days ago. I didn't have time to try them on so I just got the size that I have been getting that was almost too small in Aug. Well they are way to big now. Good thing I only paid $1 for them.24
