Hello Everyone

Options
I am part of a biggest loser challenge this month. I decided to use this as the motivation I need to shed unwanted baby weight. However this first day has been tough. I am trying not to limit myself and enjoy things in moderation so that I don't cheat. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. I am starting to feel very cranky and hungry :)

    Hello :-) good luck with your challenge. Is it a competition? what do you win, if you win?

    My words of wisdom is to read lots of threads on here so when problems pop up, you are prepared :-)
