Hi there! The name's Loki.
I'm 23 years old, 5'8" and 192lbs.
I started this endeavour (again) on Sept 19th, and this time, my motivation is a little bit different. This time, instead offocusing on being slim, or even on improving my health, i am choosing to focus on this: That I can and WILL prove to myself that I CAN DO THIS. Not because I have to, but because I WANT IT. And I alone am responsible for my choices in this life.
I can do anything, and shedding this excess 45+ lbs is a great way to kick my butt into gear. I'd be happy for some friends on here to help support eachother, so feel free to add me!
I am vegan, and I eat largely a whole foods based diet. I also practice intermitant fasting (with an eating period between 12pm and 7pm in which I consume all of my required calories for the day). I'm into yoga as well, and I do it 4+ times a week, for about a half an hour. I walk regularly, and I may start swimming lengths as well

Current weight: 192
Goal weight: 145
Goat date: Lose a total of 50 lbs by May 2019
