Im 18 years old and ive been overweight my whole life. Im trying to figure out a healthy way to lose weight but it’s so difficult when I have a busy schedule, school, work, church, extracurriculara. Any advice on how to fit in excercise and maintain a healthy diet?

Just focus on one small change at a time, and slowly add to it. Small changes add up to big results. You got this!!!

    Prioritize.

To lose weight, you just have to eat less than you burn, but for real, consistently and for a long time.
Exercise is much less important than eating less, when it comes to weightloss.
Being active is good for you.
Lots of activities are hard to combine with eating.
You can choose activities that are more physically challenging.
A healthy diet is balanced and varied. You can eat what you want.
    You can keep it simple.
Trying to eat and do thing you don't like, will make you resentful. When you're resentful, you want to sabotage.
You have to accept boundaries, but smart people find ways to live happily and work effectively within those boundaries.
