I had a smoothie yesterday at a place that didnt have the nutrtional information available. I am trying to be very true in logging my food so i can see what stuff is hurting me the most. I dont what to do to account ofr the calories i took in on it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have any idea what was in the smoothie? Like; if it was a strawberry banana smoothie, you could add the ingredients and make your own "recipe". Did it use yogurt, or ice, or both...etc.

Just pick one that has the same amount. Most store bought smoothie's have pretty much the same ingre. so just make sure the size matches.0

I try to find something similar on here and use that info instead. I used to avoid buying anything if there were no nutritional info but it's impossible here as a lot of things don't have it on.0

it was from a restaurant and while i know what was in it i am not sure of the proportions that made it up. So that was my main concern.0
