I feel your pain, I am a bit alone in my journey. My wife, after I pressed for her opinion, informed me that she thinks keto is not a good diet / eating lifestyle. No reason given, brainwashed by the past is my thinking. My daughter has been glad if I tell her about my weight loss achievements. My son don't give two hoots and says even less. He along with my wife brings many foods into our home that are a no/no on my plan. Having pizza on the counter for a day just boils my mind. For some reason I am the only one ambitious enough to put the slices in a container and into the fridge, grr. And the chips, my wife can't live without... Today there are donuts on the counter. If this is support, I cringe wondering what non support is. I hope you are successful looking here, I have been, I guess. Online friends count, right? No friendships that go very deep, yet, but I will take what I get and try to be a better friend than anyone is too me and see if that works out. Have a great day.

I understand. I've come to realize that weight loss is a personal journey. I agree it would be so much better with the support of others. Im going to send you a friend request and keep going. I joined the MFP Facebook group and I love it, its supportive and who knows you may meet a local accountability partner. Best wishes!!
