Introduction

Hello, My name is Patricia. Eating right is going to be my first focus. I am 100 lbs over my real weight goal. My current goal is to lose 25 lbs. Between my left knee and my right ankle/foot, exercise is a real challenge for me. I hope to begin spending time in the pool to increase my activity levels. However, eating the right foods in the correct portions is where I'm going to start. I downloaded the tracker onto my phone and away we go... See ya around folks!
