Rejoiner needs friends!

Ok so it's time I took excersise and diet seriously again!
I used to train pretty hard in the gym, doing 2 hours of intensive excersise a day, 3 times a week, plus being pretty active in my usual routine. I decided to give myself a break after my health took a knock and life got in the way.... Well I went all out in my break - 10 months later, gained 1 stone and lost my biceps and booty 😬
I can no longer go to the classes due to other commitments and the gym timetable, but my god they got me working!
I'm looking to find the same motivation again but doing fitness from home, sometimes with a 4 year old child in tow.
Anyone want to be my friend on here? I love a bit of healthy competition.

Im the same, stopped tracking and working out onsistently and I've put on 1.5 stone and lost all my muscle! Sending a friend request now 🤗1
