How do you feed the active calories on your Apple Watch into the exercise calories on MFP? I ran 5 miles this morning, but it only gave me 100 exercise calories. My default profile setting is “not very active.” Help?

I always overwrite the default calories from MFP for exercise.1

Check your stats are correct in Apple Health.0

What stats? How do you overwrite ?0

You have to go into the health app, and tell it to forward info to MFP.
Don't override with MFP numbers, they are less accurate.0
