    Chest
  • Shoulders is the DAY I look forward to most,
Deadlifts is the EXCERSISE I look forward to most.
I also really enjoy the sledgehammer tire hits I do for anaerobic cardio, there's just something therapeutic about beating things with a hammer

Brain & heart gainzzz on the daily, close 2nd would be a tie between delts, legs, back, serratus, etc....(training too long to really have favorites)

back and shoulders I think. Then chest. Legs and glutes come last. And of course, they're the ones that actually need the most training, particularly my glutes, but farkme I find glute-centric exercises boring and a pain in the glutes.

Every workout is a full body workout. A program of compound lifts with free weights and running. Since my body works as one unit in everything I do, I can't see the benefit is isolating one part over another. Pull ups are the exercise I dislike the most, however. Someday I'll get them right.

My heart/lungs, running/hiking/riding my bike are my favorite forms of exercise. I really am not much of a fan of weight lifting but I do it anyway, and my favorite body part to train I guess would be my butt. I really want to be able to do pull ups but then every time I work on them I always hate it so much LOL
