Hey. I'm after something a bit different. I have a few friends, but almost none of them share my interests and a big chunk of them are runners whereas I am not. I do karate twice a week when I can and hit the gym once or twice a week (when I can) but I don't log food and I typically just post nerd stuff here, fun stuff there, a little bit of political bollocks, a food picture every so often, and my cardio exercises on occasion. Garmin steps and Withings scale weight also synced. Not your typical MFP user I suppose. Just looking for someone to shoot the breeze with whose interests sort of align - most of my current friends either ignore a lot of the stuff I post or are like "err, what did he say?" I realise what I'm after is a stretch on a site where the greater percentage of users are obsessed with fitness, weight loss, food logging, calories/keto and all the rest of it. I try to make a point of supporting every exercise-related post with a like but I don't spin ess-aitch-eye-tea and often tell it straight which has led to unfriending in the past. Is what it is. I also don't care about how many days in a row people have logged in, nor what they ate that day.
Potty-mouthed, Spock-like Australian computer nerd now living in Arizona, friend me if you want something a bit different and you don't have a fragile ego.
