I had a smoothie yesterday at a place that didnt have the nutrtional information available. I am trying to be very true in logging my food so i can see what stuff is hurting me the most. I dont what to do to account ofr the calories i took in on it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do they have a website that has the information listed?

Do you have any idea what was in the smoothie? Like; if it was a strawberry banana smoothie, you could add the ingredients and make your own "recipe". Did it use yogurt, or ice, or both...etc.

    Hope that helps a little.

Just pick one that has the same amount. Most store bought smoothie's have pretty much the same ingre. so just make sure the size matches.

I try to find something similar on here and use that info instead. I used to avoid buying anything if there were no nutritional info but it's impossible here as a lot of things don't have it on.

it was from a restaurant and while i know what was in it i am not sure of the proportions that made it up. So that was my main concern.
