Sugar Question

I know that most MFP'ers don't count the sugar from the fruits they eat, but do you count the sugar from dried fruits, and applesauces?

Sugar is sugar, no matter the source. Dried fruits are very sugar dense. If you're trying to lose weight, I'd suggest avoiding taking as much sugar as you can.0

I count it if it's not from raw/fresh fruit.0

If it's fresh, it's OK. Anything dried usually has added sugars so I'd stay away from those! Check the ingredients in things like applesauce, if it has ANYTHING that ends in -ose listed, I'd just skip it.0

Sugar is sugar indeed ... my wife can only have so much fruit before she really starts reacting (and it's not much) ... so I'd count sugar as sugar regardless ... yes, there are better "sources" ... but it's not like I count saturated fat, and ignore if I have 100g of mono saturated fat since it's better ... probably a horrible example, but it came to mind0
