    Yay! It really can be a great motivator and help keep you accountable. These contests have helped me in the past on here and on another website just like this that I used to use(also how I met my husband, Fieldsy :)

    Starting Weight/Weigh In For Friday August 19th: 144.6 pounds

    I am doing 150 jumping jacks for a challenge today if anyone else is interested in attempting them with me.
    I did 150 yesterday in 3 sets of 50 and I took mini breaks and did some stretching in betwen the sets.

    How's everyone doing so far??
    Getting close to weigh in...you can weigh in as early as tomorrow, but no later that Friday midnight EST.

    When you do weigh in, please post last week's weight, your current weight and your loss/gain percentage.

    Example:

    SW: 160
    CW: 158
    - 2
    - 1.3%

    To find percentage lost, take the amount lost and divide by last week's weight, then round to nearest 100th.
    2/160= .0125 so 1.3%.
    I know this part can sometimes be confusing so don't stress over it, I can figure it out if you need me to.
