I drop weight as fast as most people complain about gaining it. Most recently 15 lbs over 2 months. I’m 6ft 144 currently. Any advice besides the obvious more calories and working out?

If you want to gain you could scale back your exercise if its more cardio based, that would decrease your TDEE.
Calorie dense foods are your friend.

Were you purposely trying to lose those 15lbs?

I wasn’t trying to lose the 15 I just got busy and couldn’t meet my calorie goal and make the gym a lot. The weight just falls off me.

So if you spend a lot of time at the gym you either can scale back on that or you have to eat more.

Not meeting your calorie goal - you didn't feel hungry enough to meet it? then add nuts/nut butters/add more oil when cooking etc, that will help you get those calories in or have whatever you fancy, if I had extra calories I'd be having them in chocolate or crisps  .

At 9 calories per gram, fat is calorie dense and also low volume, so it is real easy to rack up the calories with foods that are primarily fat, like peanut butter and nuts.

Try a smoothie with peanut butter, banana, chocolate protein powder, and coffee. Nom nom nom.

You may get more advice if you post in the Gaining Weight section of the forum. There are many people who are focused on bulking who can guide you.
