:heart: Question of the Day- Day 27!!:heart:

How many calories has MFP allocated for you to have a day? Do you feel like your starving?

**Me- I am allowed 1200 calories a day and at first I thought I was starving but now I am getting much better. I am not hardly as hungry as I use to be except when TOM visits. Then of course I want to eat everything in site!

  • I have 1200 cals allocated, which I can stick to most days apart from birthday meals out when I have not had time to go to the gym and burn some spare cals off. (when I say stick to I mean eat max 1200, even if I burn off more with exercise, I only eat those cals if I am having a treat night).
    I felt I was starving at first, but quickly adapted. I am on TOM at the moment and this week I want to eat such bad things, even after last nights evening meal I felt like I could eat a large Dominos Pizza to myself!
    Spinning class tonight to keep me in the right frame of mind....sitting at home on the sofa turns my brain into the carefree munchies type.

    I get 1660 per day. I think it's enough especially with the massive amounts of exercise I do with p90x and zumba. I have started eating back a small percentage of the exercise calories because of TOM though! Agghhhhh doing ab exercises with already having cramps is torture!

    Mine is set at 1200 too. Same goes for me I was starving at 1st but now its plenty. The hardest part was and kinda still is dividing the calories up between meals and snacks. Since I don't have a HRM yet I don't usually eat back my exercise calories (since I don't know for sure how many I really burned)

    1400 calories per day and it goes fast, I never really realized how many calories I was putting into my body til I started keeping track. My mind is hungry my body is fine.

    MFP doesnt know that as you get smaller eating 1200 calories a day will make you fat!

    I think I am now, like everyone else I was starving at first, but what I learned is if I eat healthier I can eat more and still stay within my calorie range. I also use a lot of Weight Watchers products because they are lower in calories, i.e. string cheese, yogurt, cream cheese. Now when I eat I get full faster, I used to feel forced to eat everything on my plate, now my wheelpower has gotten better and I'm able to stop and put the rest to the side.
