I’d like to say a huge hi to everyone. I don’t have an enormous amount to shed but am finding these few lbs really difficult. So any ideas or inspiration would be gratefully received x

Just remember that when you have a bad day....don’t let it become a bad week. If you have a bad week.....don’t let it become a bad month. Setbacks happen. Just reset and resume.1

welcome. Did you enter your stats and get the recommendations from MFP?
The "last few" are the hardest for some strange reason. Just eat smaller portions of what you are already eating.

Hi, from Canada ! I am fairly new and I have no idea how active you are, however I suggest creating a new activity for yourself. Something that you've not tried before. Meaning, this new activity could lead to a new goal that will by default help you with the last few pounds. For me, 9 years ago I decided to try a triathlon since I was turning 50 that year. Now, I have completed 4 Ironman races which is really weird, since I do not like swimming, running or biking!

Eat clean, exercise, rest and repeat it’s that simple when you make a general statement we really need to know more about you and your health and fitness history1
