Hi Everyone,
I have a 1.5 year old and I never thought that I would have just started trying to get back into shape. Having a little one and working full time is so consuming and I need to get back in better shape. I'm 40 and need to be healthy for us both in the future.
I need some motivation and accountability, so I need some friends. Bonus points if you are in the Kansas City area.
