This is a good question that I find difficult to answer because people tend to assume you’re answering in order of priority. So if I say I’m thankful for sliced bread, people say yeah but your family tho and I’m like I know but sandwiches mate

Which is it?! Are you thankful for sliced bread or sandwiches!?

    tbf toast is pretty awesome

like what absolute genius sat around with a slice of bread and was like "yo we need to cook this AGAIN"
because that person ought to be in the history books imo

How is this even a question! It’s option A. It’s the only civil way to eat it. Open mouth, insert pointiest part.

There is really only one wrong answer to the question.

Slicing it lengthwise is just weird.

First I'm thankful for just being.

Then... my (moderately good) health, my family, my job, all the places that I've seen and experienced, the fact that I own the roof over my head, the fact that I have both the responsibility and the luxury of full decision-making for my own life while so many others don't, and the list goes on.

Right now, I'm REALLY thankful for fluffy socks, hot coffee, central heating and whoever invented jazz. Which would be Buddy Bolden.

My health. It is not perfect because I get bad migraines and sciatica but overall I am good. Every time i see a patient that is paralyzed or on dialysis, all I can think about is how lucky I am.
