Tired of fads

Hello - I’m back again in my middle age. I’ve tried yet another fad diet, where you lose 1 lb. a day, which is great, but it’s impossible for me to maintain, and I end up just gaining even more weight than I lost. I’m also ALWAYS tired. So I’m trying to keep it simple. No weird ingredients! I hope this works!

All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. That's it! It's simple, but not always easy.

Thanks! It reminds me of the Weight Watchers program from years ago, the one that actually worked for me before they got complicated. So, I'm hoping this is it!0
