How often do you weigh in?

Iv been weighing in everyday just curious how often everyone is weighing in!?

First thing in the morning. I only record the lowest weigh in any given day.2

I weigh in every day and record it. Track trends, not weight loss. My weekday weigh ins tend to be a couple pounds higher because I weigh in at the gym in the afternoons after school and I've already consumed a lot of food/water. I do an "official" weigh in on Sunday mornings - I wake up and go straight to my gym to weigh (it's really close), that one is usually the lowest.
Don't get discouraged by fluctuations, they are normal, track trends. I bloated up after working some construction and lifting on the same day 2 days last week, and I knew it before I stepped on the scale. I was a full 4lbs heavier than I was that Sunday, and 3 days later on the next Sunday I had dropped a 6.5lbs. Today I was up 1.5 from that. Those are all perfectly normal fluctuations.2 -

Depends on how well I'm doing sticking to my calories. If things are going well, every day or every other day. If not, maybe once a month.1

Whenever I come across a scale. I don't own one and I measure progress on how my clothes fit and more so how I feel. It is more about vitality than it is about a number for me.2

I used to weigh every day but then someone put the scale in the cupboard and retrieving it doesn’t cater to my lizard brain so it’s been a few months now.2

Friday mornings after I shower. Then if I overdo it on the weekend, which is highly likely, I have time to get back on track b4 the next weigh in.

I like to see the fluctuations, it's a good perspective for me.1 -
I also like to weigh in at the beginning and then end of a training session just to see how much sweat I've lost. My record is almost 3lbs. That's F'n gross haha.1

I used to do it daily and then record an average for the week, but now I use an app for trending and stuff so basically... yeah, daily. I'm curious like that and I like to know my fluctuations.1
