Hello! I’m Em (22) from Australia. I’ve been in an unhealthy state during my last year of uni and have only realised that I haven’t been fuelling my body in the best way possible. I’m aiming to feel healthier and hopefully lose 10kg to get down to 65kg! Writing this post so I somewhat feel accountable😊

Hi EM, welcome to MFP. You totally rock for wanting to get your body back to its optimal health. I know Uni can definitely be tough with schd and exams and what nots, so it’s quite understandable that you were not able to fully take care of your health. But now you are in a different mind space so you will do awesome. Keep going and the days where you feel like you are not your best, don’t beat yourself up. Instead give yourself lots of love. ❤️❤️
