Hello MFP Hive,

I've used this app on and off with much success over the years, but can't seem to get my *kitten* back on the wagon this time. I have never taken advantage of the community aspect, so giving it a try.

I'm an active person, workout 5+ times per week, but have been sabotaging my efforts lately with too much food. I blame a relatively new job, home renovations and busy schedule with kids for the extra 10 lbs... But that's bull! I'm finding time to keep up the exercise, I can find the time to better manage what I put in my mouth too!

I need accountability buddies. Anyone out there? I'm also a great cheerleader, as I used to be a running room instructor, and I've got some fitness certifications (not a PT)... So maybe I can help you on your journey too!

Looking forward to connecting soon!

Now, off I go to not eat junk and drink more water. I swear!

Corinne

I feel what your thinking i have kids in multiple sports. Some times i wish my truck was a airplane with a inflight meal. I find a balance with my meal prepping when i have a great daily schedual. My meals tend to wonder when the daily grind gets out hand. Keeping balance is a source of control. When your in control you feel great and the diet is kept. And works totaly backwards when is gets busy and chaotic. I find great sleep meditation and staying positive helps. I think once you find balance in your life your diet will follow with no problem.

Hey, congrats for being so keen on staying in shape in spite of a relatively small weight gain.

I'm also an active person and I've got just a bit of 'vanity weight' to lose (8 lbs) - Plus I've just turned 30, moved to a new city, started a new job... my metabolism is changing and I'm trying to adapt to a new lifestyle, food culture, calories intake, etc. Add me if you want :-)
