Anyone know of a good one? Is the one on MFP accurate? I tried http://www.runtheplanet.com/resources/tools/calculators/caloriecounter.asp and got 686 calories for 28 minutes at 10 miles an hour (of course that was on treadmill at 1.0 incline).

The general consensus is that most of them aren't going to be all that accurate for any given person. To get as accurate as you can, you'll need a heart rate monitor (and make sure to configure it correctly!).0
