Hi everyone, my name is Erin. I used this app out once before but failed miserably but this time I am set to succeed!! Need some motivated friends on my side. Need to loss 50lbs whose with me on this wild and wonderful journey!! 😊😊

What happened last time? some people cut calories so much its just not sustainable, or they cut out food groups, again its usually not sustainable.
Commit to logging your food as accurately as possible, aiming to stay within your given calorie allowance consistently then over time you will lose. And have patience, a lot of patience because it take time.

Hi don’t loose hope on this app. It does work.
It worked for me 3 years back. This app helped. But I lost track of being healthy after getting new job.
I am back now and going to take help of this app! I especially like the progress map . It keeps me motivated.
