Iv'e been slacking like crazy the past week! I don't want daily life changes to be an excuse or get in the way of my working out and eating right. Was off track and need to get back on.

    Danny........ NO EXCUSES!!!!!!! If you fall (jump) off, get up, dust yourself off and move on to the next meal/day. Simple. :bigsmile:

    You know you gotta get up and get back on track. The most we can do is call you lazy and unmotivated, but the fact that you posted this in the first place leads me to believe you already feel that way about yourself. One step at a time, get back on track, and you will feel much better about yourself. It isn't about losing weight or eating great, it is about feeling good in your body. If you don't, do something about it. Throw on some music and get that booty moving.
