Keto friends please

Hi, I am following keto for the past 3 weeks. Started seeing results. Trying todo intermittent fasting from today. Keto If friends please add me. It will help me stay motivated

    Hey there! I follow the ketogenic lifestyle & I do the intermittent fasting. I started with the 16:8, but now I’m doing OMAD fasting with on keto ‘ also working out. This combination does WONDERS for me!!’

    I encourage you to try it if you can. Ease your way into fasting if you can’t do it cold turkey. You can do this by simply eating your meals an hour later than normal.

    For instance, if you’re used to having breakfast at 8AM try pushing it back to 9AM & at 8:00 have your cup of coffee. Next thing you know you’ll be doing the 16:8 fast where you’re fasting for 16 hours with an 8 hour eating window.
