How are we doing th is Week? None scale victory for me today, ate lunch out and had cake, but didn't let it throw me off for the rest of the day! I was so tempted to say screw it today, I even went to the shop and took the chocolate to the check out and thought I would try to maintain this week, but didn't buy it, so still hoping for a loss!!4

I just found the challenge and I would definitely like to join in. Monday is my weigh-in day (hoping it will keep my dedication up over the weekend). My ultimate goal is 40lbs, so half-way by the end of the year sounds fantastic.

Well disaster happend. We had long weekend because it was holiday on Monday. I planned to go hiking on Saturday, but I stayed in bed ((. We have visited our friends and had bbq, also i visited my parents. Result are here. It is very urgent for me to take control on weekend eating, I can't take like this anymore.

I have the opposite issue! On weekends I have down time at home so I can actually cook and track what i eat, but some weeks (if I dont meal prep for whatever reason) I just eat whatever is most convenient and takes the least time to pack! Almost always go over my goal. 😭0 -
