Database for meals?

Options
Is there a database or library of meals?

For example, it would be great to search for KETO meals for lunch, dinner etc and then just add them to my meal collection instead of having to create it myself.

How do other do about this?

You can certainly use the database, but make sure you check the nutrition info.

I agree that is better to create your own recipes. At least you have control over them unlike the "recent", "frequent", "sometimes", "every now and then" lists with little or no control over the entries.

You can import recipes from some sites.
You can manually enter recipe ingredients and copy/paste works pretty well
You can cop whole meals from past dates

I cook from Budget Bytes dot com or you can try any site you like; copy & paste the website into your Recipes tab. It is super convenient. Just make sure you decide on the total number of servings and serving size.
