I’m with you. Well here is my story. I started on my weight loss journey on January 18 2018. I detox myself for 2 weeks with 2 meals a day. An intermittent fast, nothing to eat from 8pm til 12 the next day. My start weight was 297lbs and I’m 72” or 6 ft. I workout 5 days a week at my work gym and Saturdays are my fun activity day(hiking, biking, basketball) my cardio to start was walking/running the treadmill and light weights. As the months passed I started running and no walking. Update to today I have done two 5ks and I I’m currently 223lbs and still working hard to lose more.0
