I would like friends to give mutual support. I need to lose 100 pounds. I thought I would like people in my age group (60+) but on reflection other, younger people will give me a different perspective when I read about their weight loss. Hello! I'm new and looking for friends that have a lot of weight to lose or have lost a lot. I need to lose about 100 pounds. I'm 49 so it would be nice to have some friends near my age, but I'm up for friends of all ages. I have some chronic pain issues which is making exercising even more of a challenge. Right now my diary is closed as I tend not to record every thing when I know people are looking at it. Might open it later when I'm more confident. I'm not judgmental of your food choices and I will try hard to motivate you. I do like to look at open diaries for good food ideas and meal planning. Also, I may be getting married next year and I want to look nice in a wedding dress. Good luck to everyone in their health and fitness goals!0
