Does anyone have an idea of what the correct macros would be for cooked pork baby back ribs (just the rib meat, not drenched in high calorie sauce or anything like that) I'm having trouble nailing that down.

I don’t think it changes from raw to cooked as all that happens when u cook stuff is water gets evaporated from the meat and a few nutrients get lost, as far as I know. If u know the weight of the raw meat before it was cooked, just count that. Otherwise, if cooked pork is on the database, just add that. If ur eyeing the quantity, it’s best to go for cups, so if it looks like half a cup of pork, u can google oz of cooked pork in a cup, and then enter the results into MFP. Hope this helps a little2

Check the USDA database. They have cooked values for the edible part.

Those are the macros I would expect from what you are describing.0

You can use the Usda number (10993) to pull it up on mfp. Just double check the values.
It’s a great database for whole foods.1 -

Easy to over eat...that’s good stuff!
My neighbor smoked a whole pig a few days ago and brought us a huge pork butt. We’re working on it slowly while trying to fit it in our calories. Some of it is going in the freezer. Oh it’s so good! 🐖0
