What's up MFP people. I'm Andrea. Am here to start a new journey eating clean. I am also a renal ( kidney) transplant 14 years strong...Maybe we could be friends!

    Hi Andrea
    Alastair (Al) from Havelock North New Zealand. Kidney Transpant (18mnths) and Type 1 Diabetic (30yrs). Normally not too structured but just done 455 day streak on MFP. Starting to put on weight so will replace some carbs with protein and avoid snacking in between meals. Happy to hear from you, but not one to be on my phone all day.
    Stick with it.
